Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a courier service, depending on the size and nature of the item. A standard delivery charge of £5.95 applies to all orders.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 working days.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or there is an issue with your order, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving it.

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. All delivery-related queries must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate issues reported after this time.

Please note that larger or fragile items are not currently available for purchase online. These can be ordered over the phone, and we will arrange either local delivery or click and collect from our shop in Petworth.
