We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Online Orders (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or credit note.

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and with original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Furniture & Large Items

Furniture and larger items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or credit note only and must be returned in the same condition as sold. All returns are subject to inspection.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

In line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Please notify us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund where applicable.
  • After this period, we will offer a repair or replacement where possible.
  • We will cover any return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
