Visiting the shop
What are your opening hours?
Our shop is open 7 days a week! Monday to Saturday 10am till 5pm and Sunday and BH 11am till 4pm (please note these times might very between Christmas and New Year)
Where is your shop located?

Can you park outside the shop?
We do have a short stay option to park up outside the shop if you are wanting to collect any purchases.
Purchasing Online with Us
When will I expect my delivery and what happens if it doesn't arrive?
We aim to dispatch all available items within 2 working days from purchase - should your item not arrive on given estimated time. Please contact us via email on info@oakappletrading.com (If you call the shop, the person in charge that day may not be able to help you as not everyone who works for OA is involved in our online service).
If my item arrives and they is a fault with it?
We will always endeavour to pack every item with lots of love and care. In the event of an item arriving damaged. Please email us with a discretion of the damage and attach a photo of proof to info@oakappletrading.com We will then follow up with the next stages of either a replacent, refund of contacting the delivery company
I would like to return my order, what should I do?
Please email info@oakappletrading.com in the first instance to say why and please note this has to be within 30 days of purchase.

If you do then proceed with returning your items - we do ask you to send the item back in a resalable conditioned including all packaging and a full refund will be paid upon receipt.

Please note that we DO NOT pay for return shipping costs.
