DELIVERY POLICY

Packages will be sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on size and will be charged at £5.95

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days.  

​If for any reason your item has become out of stock or there are any other issues, we will be in contact within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If for any reason you have any problem with your package please contact us straight away.

You have 30 days after posting date to get in touch.  After this time we are unable to look into it any further.

Currently, larger or breakable items cannot be bought online, but can be ordred over the phone. We will then be able to deliver locally or arrange click and collect from our Shop in Petworth. 

COLLECTION POLICY

If you would like to place an order to collect from our Petworth shop please select the option to collect from the shop and there will be no charges applied. This is a service which we have always supplied and are happy to continue to provide. 

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY FOR LARGE ITEMS

​Currently, larger or breakable items cannot be bought online, but can be ordred over the phone. 

We're pleased to offer free local furniture delivery and for larger shop items.

We can arrange delivery further afield at cost for most products.

​Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of stocked furniture and up to thirteen weeks for delivery of made to order items.

​Collection from the shop can be arranged, we are happy to take payment and hold until a collection time has been agreed. We recommend this for larger and fragile items such as lamps, mirrors and our garden furniture and pots.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within the returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.  We are happy to offer a credit note valid for 12 months or exchange if for some reason you are unhappy with your shop purchase, and after inspection will replace it if it is faulty.

 

For on-line purchases if you need to return anything it will need to be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt. This excludes bespoke items which cannot be returned or exchanged.

Furniture items purchased in-store are available for exchange or credit note only and this is subject to inspection that they are being returned in the same condition as when purchased.
